When someone is in cardiac arrest, time is of the essence. Early CPR and rapid access to a defibrillator can more than double the chances of survival. The Circuit helps 999 call handlers direct bystanders to the nearest defibrillator in an emergency. Getting urgent help to those who need it, when they need it.

There are more than 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests every year in the UK, but the survival rate is less than one in 10. Together, we can place more defibrillators, expand The Circuit and keep more hearts beating in communities across the UK.

“We are delighted to have been selected by Omaze as the beneficiary of their Bath House Draw.

This vital funding will help put more defibrillators in communities and power The Circuit - a platform which helps ambulance services find a defibrillator when every second counts.

We must urgently improve cardiac arrest survival in the UK. Devastatingly, less than one in ten people would currently survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. Our third partnership with Omaze will power our work to save and improve even more lives.”

“As proud supporters of the BHF, we’re excited to
be a part of this exceptional collaboration.

Losing our much-loved band member, Paul, to an undiagnosed heart condition last year, brought the importance of BHF’s work sharply into focus for us. We know that this Omaze partnership is hugely important to the charity and therefore it’s hugely important to us too.

We want to honour Paul’s memory by helping others and feel fortunate we can do this through these fantastic organisations.”
